writings and poems of Joie Versaer Dantia

Hello, Dear Readers. If you happen upon my blog with the hopes of finding an earth-shattering poet or writer, you have come to the wrong place. I am none such person. However, I will attempt to give you a snap shot of my heart and soul, as it occasionally pours out with inkblots and scribbles. I wish to remain anonymous, as hearts and souls tend to be much more appealing without a name attached. However, if you must needs have a pen name, you may attribute these thoughts and poems to the name Joie Versaer Dantia which means "the abundant overflowing of joy and fresh air." And although, my heart (and therefore my writings) does not always reflect an abundance of joy; my soul, on the other hand, does, and will always remind my heart to breathe in as much joy and fresh air as is humanly possible.

What's New In Your World?

“What’s new in your world?” Says someone to another.

“You ask what’s new in my world? You ask what’s new in mine?
The fairies and the dragons are all fighting again,
taking raindrops to the, raindrops to the sky.
That’s what’s new in my world. That’s what’s new in mine.
I say, What’s new in your world?  I told you about mine.”

“You ask what’s new in my world?  You ask what’s new in mine?
The mountains and the rivers are all loving again,
making all the waters, all the waters dry.
That’s what’s new in my world. That’s what’s new in mine.
So won’t you tell me why
the fairies and the dragons are all fighting again,
taking raindrops to the, raindrops to the sky?”

“Well, the fairies and the dragons are all fighting again,
taking raindrops to the, raindrops to the sky,
for the angels and the demons are all quaking again,
masking oceans from the, oceans from the sky.
The fairies and the dragons are all fighting again, because
they hate to tanta…, hate to tantalize.  That’s why
the fairies and the dragons are all fighting again,
taking raindrops to the, raindrops to the sky.
So won’t you tell me why
the mountains and the rivers are all loving again,
making all the waters, all the waters dry?”

“Well, The mountains and the rivers are all loving again,
making all the waters, all the waters dry,
for the flowers and the mercies are all singing again,
tasking surges to pass, surges to pass by.
The mountains and the rivers are all loving again, because
they mate in Sambi…, mate in Sambitai.
That’s why the mountains and the rivers are all loving again,
making all the waters, all the waters dry.”

“What’s new in your world?” Says someone to another.  “Nothing.  Nothing at all.”
